Compared to regular Organza, our Matte Organza has a bit more of a shimmer to the fabric, the colour is a bit darker and the fabric is wider than most regular organza. It is a thin plain weave sheer fabric made from 100% polyester. Traditionally used in bridal wear and evening dresses, especially for draping. It is great for dancewear, and at events and parties is a great decorating fabric.

Our Mechanical Stretch fabrics have stretch properties but do not use spandex or other stretch yarns. The stretch is usually created in the finishing process. They are perfect for making table cloths, aprons and clothing items.
